Hello! This is my first blog post. We will be looking at a basic press button alarm. Lets look into this project. But there are some electronic components you will need. You will need:

• Active Buzzer (HAS TO BE ACTIVE AND NOT PASSIVE FOR THIS PROJECT)
• Push Button Switch
• 2 wires
• Power Supply Like a Battery Pack or an Arduino (BE CAREFUL AND DON’T GO HIGHER THAN 5V)

On the active buzzer you will see that one of the pins is longer than the other and that one would be positive. Active buzzers can only work in one direction. Now you can analyze the circuit picture below

and make that circuit.

Now that you made the circuit above, you would connect the red wire to the positive of the supply and

the black wire to the negative and you are done with the circuit.

To activate you will press the button and you hear a loud and high pitched beep.
